Skipper's outfit (2014)

After making the Gryffindor / Indian inspired party dress for Barbie (see last image), I have to make more doll's dresses from ribbons. For this one, I made the top blue because once I did the doll's hair, she totally reminded me of Frozen's Elsa. I paired it with a 90s inspired plaid skirt, 'cause this skipper's a 90s doll after all!
