Stashbusting project…
Never understood how Row 1 left one with 25 stitches, mine left me with 46, same as when I begun.
So I just plain knit all stitches of row 2.
Rest of the pattern was fairly simple and easy to understand.

Ran out of yarn 4 rows before CO. Just after picking up 13 + 13 stitches. Dang!
Did 6 instead of 4 rows of ribbing with a darker shade of turquoise and finished off with a picot edge using this youtube tutorial.
